As a gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, mostly grain free family, I find myself glued to the kitchen trying to create or adapt ALL THE RECIPES. While I have had pretty good luck with some of my recent Sweets and Treats recipes, I find that it is a very time consuming processing and quite frankly, one I need a wee break from.
Don’t get me wrong – Tigernut Flour and Cassava Flour have been my lifesavers!!!! I love creating recipes with them. But with the holidays coming up and another move for my daughter and me, I was sort of dreading creating more time in the kitchen.

The Apple Crumble Cake, Cherry Pie, Gingerbread Cookies, and Salted Caramels. I may have shared these recipes with unsuspecting neighbors who begged for more. Or maybe I ate them all myself. Naw – I shared and watched people’s eyes light up!

Hands down one of the BEST allergy-free cookbooks I have seen. The recipes are well-written with very easy to follow instructions and super fun tips and tricks. All of the recipes use regular ol’ kitchen supplies – no uber fancy gadgets and gizmos needed. And obviously, they are delicious. More than delicious. Phenomenal.
