You remember that little post I wrote about herbs that do wonders for breasts? Well that post went wild which sort of surprised me. I wasn’t sure if it would be well received or a total turn off. Luckily you all gave it a big thumbs up!
Today I am sharing a couple of coconut oil based recipes for breast enhancement cream. These two creams (breast firming lotion and breast lifting lotion) might very well do wonders for the general tone and “lift” of your breasts. After all, coconut oil does have a lot of superpowers. (If you aren’t sure what those superpowers are, check out my posts on all the various uses for coconut oil.)
While you are welcome to take the time to infuse the coconut oil with the herbs called for, I prefer to purchase the tinctures and use those instead. I find them to be more beneficial and more powerful. Plus I don’t have to wait forever for my oil to infuse. After all – most of us want to use this breast enhancement cream ASAP.
If you have a sensitivity to coconut oil, you are welcome to use another oil. It WILL change the consistency though. So don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Coconut oil likes to firm up in cooler temperatures and of course it melts in warmer temperatures. This breast enhancement cream is not impacted by whether the cream is more solid or more liquefied. It works just the same.
The reason I choose coconut oil for these breast enhancement cream recipes is because it is AMAZING for the skin! Truly. It is my favorite oil for skincare products. I wrote an entire book about Coconut Oil For Your Skin if you recall. You can check it out here.
Anyway – let’s get on with these two wonderful recipes shall we?
Breast Enhancement Cream Recipes
Breast Firming Lotion and Breast Lifting Lotion
Saggy breasts? Tired breasts? Small breasts? Try these coconut oil based recipes for breast firming lotion and breast lifting lotion. These breast enhancement creams really get results!
Materials
Breast Firming Lotion
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup sweet almond oil
- 1/4 cup beeswax
- I capsule or 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil
- 1 tablespoon MotherWort tincture
Breast Lifting Lotion
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup sweet almond oil
- 1/4 cup beeswax
- I capsule or 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil
- 2 teaspoons Fenugreek tincture
- 2 teaspoons Red Clover tincture
Instructions
- You are welcome to use another method to melt the coconut oil and wax but I prefer the glass measuring cup method.
- Add the coconut oil, almond oil, and wax to a glass jar or measuring cup. Cover loosely with a lid or other covering.
- Fill a medium sized saucepan with a few inches of water. You want the water to come up about 1/3 of the way of the glass jar or measuring cup.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium heat. Reduce heat.
- Place the jar or measuring cup gently in the pan.
- The heat from the water will begin to melt the ingredients. Stir occasionally until everything is melted.
- After the ingredients are melted, allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Add in the tincture(s) and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a storage jar, put the lid on, and it is ready to use after it cools.
Notes
If you prefer not to use beeswax, you can also successfully use soy wax or caranuba wax.
You can use these lotions twice a day. Be sure to rub it in using a circular, clock-wise motion.
These lotions only keep for about 30 days. You could put them in the fridge but honestly, this recipe makes just enough to last that 30 day period. So I would just go ahead and use it up and make another batch.
Kim says
I have question about the firming lotion. I have red clover capsules on hand, is there any way I could incorporate those into the lotion or should I just forgo that ingredient this time? Thanks, great post!
Jennifer says
Hi Kim…hmmmm…tinctures are quite concentrated which is why I use them. I don’t think you would get the same results using the dried herb in the capsule. Let me check into this though.
JJ says
Hi,
i was wondering does it matter using a fenugreek tincture, if im already taking fenugreek capsules? (And maca powder)
Would this be to much fenugreek and should i swap for a different ingredient or will this be fine?
Jennifer says
Since you are using the cream topically, it is fine (as far as I am aware) to also take it orally. It should not overload your system. Having said that, discontinue use if you notice anything unusual. 🙂
Anne says
Is there a way to incorporate more of the tinctures you mentioned in your breast enhancement article into one of these recipes? Do you think that would just make the cream more runny in the finished product?
Thanks, Jennifer!
Jennifer says
Hi there! Yes, you can add additional tinctures or more of the tinctures to this recipe. For every additional 3 teaspoons of tincture you add to the recipe you may find you need to increase the amount of oil. I would add maybe 1 additional tablespoon of oil. If after it cools the texture is too liquidy, you can melt another teaspoon or two of wax and mix that in.
Austin Simpson says
Is it necessary to make the lotions separately since the base ingredients are so similar?
Jennifer says
Nope! You can save yourself some work!
Anna says
Hello Jennifer, The commenter Austin Simpson, asked an interesting question: ”Is it necessary to make the lotions separately since the base ingredients are so similar?…”
But your answer is confusing me. You wrote ” Nope! You can save yourself some work!…”
Did you mean yes ?
If you meant to say Nope ! then should I apply both of them separately ( for example: firming lotion in the morning, and lifting lotion in the evening) ? or at the same time ?
Please let me know what you think.
Thank you in advance
Paddy says
I am allergic to almonds. Can I use a different oil, avocado perhaps?
Thank you.
Jennifer says
Avocado oil would be perfect!
Ruth says
How long before seeing visible results please? Thank you
Jennifer says
Hi Ruth! I really depends on the person. Your genetics play a huge role here as well in terms of how fast you respond. Based on feedback, I would say that there should be some progress in the first 30 days.

I use this crem and u know my husband fully surprisesee my boobs and i notis he always want to tuch and love my boobs its make my marriage life so romantic and sexfull ilove this product its chang my live .Iwant my friend and sister also triy this got change her life.
Dean says
Should a preservative be used in this recipe?
Jennifer says
Ideally you are using this up and not storing it. The Vitamin E does give it a couple month shelf life. Some people keep their lotion in the fridge but that does make the lotion hard so you have to pull it out before use to let it soften a tad.
Crystal says
How often should I put on?. how much should I apply? Do I just use it like a lotion?
Jennifer says
Hi there! Most people apply it twice a day. You can reapply for a total of 4 times per day if you would like. And yes, use it just like lotion. Put enough on to cover the area like you would any other lotion.
Karen says
How well do the tinctures (made with alcohol) and the oil mix?
Jennifer says
They have always mixed well for me. The beeswax holds everything together so you don’t get separation…unless the lotions get really warm.
Valerie Shannon says
Hi I just came across your post as I have been doing research to naturally make my breast fuller after several years of breastfeeding three children! Will your DIY cream help with making my breast fuller again as I have lost a lot of the fatty tissues in the upper areas of my breast. I have seriously considered a fat transfer but I do not wish to have anymore surgeries. Your response is greatly appreciated!

Jennifer says
Hi there! This cream did do this for me and my poor girls were sucked dry from 4 1/2 straight years of breastfeeding. I have heard from other mamas who used the cream and they all were pleased with the results! I think you should give it a shot. Use it for at least 2 months daily.
Judy says
Hi would it be safe to use while still breastfeeding?
Jennifer says
Hi there! You would not want to breastfeed right after applying the cream. However, once it has absorbed it is fine. 🙂
Priscilla says
Hi I just read your post and would like to check that can I use the red clover extract, alcohol -free by Nature’s Answer instead as I have one at home? Will this work for small breast too?
Jennifer says
You can use this for sure!
Lily says
Hi would the breast go back it’s former position if you stop using it?
Jennifer says
Hi Lily! They shouldn’t. However, there are obviously always exceptions and every body is different.
Leah says
You said you prefer to buy yours instead of make them but I didn’t see a link for the ones you buy. Can I get it please?
Thank you!
Jennifer says
The links are in the recipe card. If you still aren’t finding them let me know and I will email you.
Sherley says
Hi Jennifer , 6 yrs back my friend went with breast enlargement and removed in a month due to discomfort and now her breasts are small , can I suggest her this process and how much time it to get visible results . Appreciate your reply .
Hortensia Celiceo says
my breasts do need firming and lifting should I use one for the morning and the other in the evening? Or should I use both for morning and evening? since it’s suppose to be done twice a day
