I have created a list of 40 easy to prepare (and freeze, if desired) meals that will not only nourish the new mother, but also ensure that her breastmilk is loaded with everything baby needs. These meals can be prepared by the mother, her family, and friends. They are all whole food based – no packaged products here – and can be easily adapted for food allergies.
