I recently had the distinct pleasure of visiting with the lovely Andrea Fabry (of It Takes Time and MomsAWARE) who many of you know has really been a rock for me during my Moldaggedon fiasco. Without her expert advice and strong support, I probably wouldn’t be in the same place I am today. I’m serious. Had it not been for her publicly sharing her very similar toxic mold experience, I may very well have never known to even test for mold. But I did and we all know what happened next.
It was beyond wonderful to sit face to face with Andrea and be able to “talk shop” with someone who has been through the exact same life challenge. It was also very encouraging to see just how far she and her family have come. It gave me a lot of hope that one day we will get back on our feet and be able to move past this ugly chapter in our lives.
My “blogging” friend and one of the founders of The Green Sisterhood Network, Dr. Karen Lee, has also been very encouraging and supportive as I have gone through the past 6 months of this nightmare. So I was honored and more than happy to join forces with her and Andrea to record a one hour webcast on the Dangers of Toxic mold as part of Dr. Karen’s Wellness Wednesday series.
In this webcast, Andrea and I not only discuss our personal experience with toxic mold and the associated health problems it caused, but we also try to give people a lot of encouragement and hope that mold doesn’t have to destroy your life for ever.
I hope you will join the three of us in viewing the Dangers of Toxic Mold.
It’s free – no sign up needed to access it. All you need is good ol’ YouTube. And please ignore my rather, er, um, atypical hair. The hard water in Arizona is having its way with my locks!
Also, be sure to check out my comprehensive toxic mold resources page. Lots of good stuff there!

Thank you so much for sharing your story Jennifer! I’ve received emails and comments from people who were also affected by mold and how you and Andrea’s stories were so encouraging for their recovery. I’m so glad that you are lucky enough to have this opportunity in AZ to get healthier. Thank you again!
