Peach QuinoaI adore easy recipes that pack a nutritional punch! This is why I was pretty excited to see the Sweet Peachy Quinoa Recipe from Angela Montgomery and Real Whole Health.

This recipe comes from her clever eBook – Real Food, Real Easy, Cook Once Eat Three Times. This book focuses on four different pantry staples that are healthy and fast! They are Oatmeal, Black Beans, Rice and Quinoa. Each of these are nutritional powerhouses that you can feel good about feeding to your family.
