Giveaway: Why Your Gut Is Making You Sick and What You Can Do About It (ARV $150/ Worldwide/ 12/28)

Most everyone reading my blog should know by now that I am tackling some pretty major gut issues! The road has been a long one but after a 2 year journey, health and healing is in sight. And let me tell you, it feels incredible!

Most health conscious individuals know that the root of all ailments is in your gut. Illness, disease, behavioral issues, mental health issues, and a host of other issues can all be traced back to gut health. Antibiotics, synthetic hormones, vaccines, GMOs, pollution, and a loooong list of other modern day nasties has pretty much compromised all of our guts, no matter how much care we take.

I tried to heal my gut on my own for 2+ years. While I am sure my efforts kept things from getting worse, I simply could not do it all on my own. I needed support from someone with a lot more expertise than me.

As you know, I have been working with Lydia from Divine Health. She has been a godsend and literally gave me my life back.

Lydia launched a phenomenal eCourse this fall called Why Your Gut Is Making You Sick and What You Can Do About It. I joined in to see what it was all about and can tell you that I have been VERY impressed.

The 6 week class tackles an introduction to digestion and how to get it working more optimally. You would be surprised at what you think you know about your gut but in fact, how little you really do know.

Lydia offers live calls once per week as part of this class and I have found them to be incredibly informative. The class participants learn a lot through interacting with each other and Lydia! The calls are all recorded which is great because you can go back and listen to them, making notes if need be. If you miss a call, you have the option to listen later.

In addition to the calls, there is a lot of other support through email, a private Facebook group, assessments, recipes, downloads, etc… Lydia really goes above and beyond in her quest to help you begin to understand and heal your gut.

Lydia is launching a second session of this popular eCourse. The 6 week course will run from January 3rd- February 16th. Just for Hybrid Rasta Mama readers, you can get 15% off with coupon code RASTA15. (You can also enter to win one spot in the class. If you purchase the eCourse and win, Lydia will refund you the price).

I need help getting healthy! I’m fascinated by all this stuff and would love some supplementation to my own research; I enjoy the divine health blog a lot as well – would love to have the chance to learn more from Lydia’s expertise!

  2. says

I would love to take this class to improve my gut. In 2005 I had my gallbladder removed, which was supposed to fix my digestive issues. I am worse off today than before I surgery. I am dealing with osteoporosis, too much estrogen, thryroid concerns, iron absorption issues, etc, all stemming from poor immune and digestion systems. As most doctors say, I am too young to have all of these issues. If I could have any wish, it would be to improve/ fix my digestive issues so I can be a blessing to my family, friends, and community. I miss being present in everyday life because of my stomach issues. Thank you for hosting this giveaway. Blessings to you and your families.

  3. says

I would love to do this post-birth in January. I’m on probiotics, etc., now but yeah… I have such an acidic body. I feel ill most of the time. :-/ There is hope though!

  4. says

My daughter has an autoimmune disease, and has stomach problems from the disease and the medications she takes – I would love to be able to help her.

  5. MomE says

I have IBS and suffered with recurrent diarrhea for years. Now, after two pregnancies, I’ve gone to the extreme opposite and suffer with extreme constipation despite taking extra fiber and drinking well over 100oz of water a day. I need help!

  6. Kathy Fields says

I have about 90% of the problems listed on this post. I have been doing Gaps and I think I need more help. Thank you for the opportunity to win. Good luck to everyone.
