Coconut Oil for Men’s Health Issues

Coconut Oil For Men's Health: HybridRastaMama.com

Coconut oil continues to take the natural health world by storm. It is now making its way into more and more households as the average consumer is becoming more aware of the importance of taking charge of health issues naturally.

For a looooong time, the majority of my audience was female. And then things shifted. My audience is 54% men as of March. Who knew! But this is exciting because it gives me the chance to tackle some men’s health issues and how coconut oil can help! That’s exciting especially because I am always spouting off about coconut oil and how it would benefit Rasta Daddy.

I decided that instead of overwhelming the masses with a huge post, I would start off nice and slow and give you a brief overview of the topics I will be covering in the coming months.

The 6 Men’s Health Issues and How Coconut Oil Might Help that I will focus on are:

  1. Prostate Cancer
  2. Erectile Dysfunction
  3. Jock Itch
  4. Baldness
  5. Balanitis
  6. Gynecomastia

I will also dedicate posts to:

  • Cardiovascular Disease – it is one of the leading men’s health threats
  • Colon Health
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Alcoholism – according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, men face higher rates of alcohol-related deaths and hospitalizations than women do. Men binge drink twice as much. And believe it or not, coconut oil can help!

If there are any other topics you would be interested in, please let me know. I can’t get to them all at once but I will put them in the cue. Be sure you are checking over on my Coconut Health page too. It has lots of posts on coconut oil and how it can improve or prevent certain health issues.

Until the next post….

Wait – you didn’t think I would leave you hanging and not give you some more in depth information on one of the above conditions did you? I wouldn’t dream of doing that!

Good thing my friend Christine wrote up a fantastic post on Balanitis. For those of you wondering, this is a condition where the foreskin and head of the penis become swollen and inflamed. This post is pretty incredible and get a lot of emails thanking me for posting it. So there you go.

Until next time…

Hi Jennifer, I am so sorry to hear that you will have to spray your house for black widow spiders. Having survived a black widow spider bite, I can tell you, you DO NOT want to go through that kind of misery! As a person with chemical sensitivities, I really hate that you have to expose yourself and family to awful chemicals. Be sure to ask for water based spray rather than petroleum based spray. At least the toxic exposure will be a bit lower. You might want to stay away from home for a few days while the fumes weaken a bit. Good luck!

    Another coconut oil use:

I also use coconut oil frequently to tenderize and flavor enhance meat on my dinnerplate.
It is particularly useful on dryer meats like chicken breast or sausage when I take it off the grill.
